A: Your voucher will be emailed to you immediately upon purchase. Simply print it out and take it in to the participating business. If you would like to avoid printing and actual, physical copy you can show the voucher on your smart phone. Just be sure they can clearly see the voucher code.
Q: How long do I have to use my voucher?
A: California State law says that the voucher expires after a period of one year, so you have 12 months from the time of purchase to redeem it.
Q: What happens if the company goes out of business during the course of the year? Will I receive a refund?
A: Yes. Your purchase is guaranteed by SLO LIFE Magazine and if such an unfortunate event does occur, please contact us for a full refund.
